HELLLOOOWWW out there!!
Since I think I can hear echoes (and crickets), I'll keep this entry short...mainly because I need to start thinking about school again now that elections are OVER!!
So...for those of you who haven't heard the story, here it is (in the form of a chronological top five list). You'll see that the day goes through many stages:
5) 7:45 a.m. - Get out of bed to prep for the big call. Proceed to get more nervous than I have been in my entire life...
...what feels like hours later...
4) 8:20 a.m. - Receive call from Mr. Ribeiro...apparently I won the race.! No margins were given, but I'm ecstatic about the results. I think I actually did a little dance after I hung up the phone (don't tell anyone!)...
...attend class, then...
3) 2:45 p.m. - Hit the Tombs for the first time of the day. Had a celebratory diet coke toast with Lally and some Cohort 2 peeps...
...attended class (again), then...
2) 5:30 p.m. - Hit the Tombs for the second time of the day. This time just for a pick-up order. Tried to mentally prepare for MarkStrat...
...and finally...
1) 6:00 p.m. - Head to the Car Barn where I proceed to work on MarkStrat with my group until 11 p.m. Good times. Definitely good times.
Despite the fact that I still have at least three hours of homework in front of me, today was DEFINITELY the Best Campaign Day (and night) EVER!!!
Tomorrow I'm off to LA to visit Toyota, so check back next week for another thrilling entry. Though I may not write entries this weekend, know that in my heart (and yours), today is honestly the Best Campaign Day EVER!
